With our state-of-the-art accounting system, our Corporate Office provides on-site management teams with day-to-day administrative support.

 

Michael Franks has established and implemented policies, procedures, and a multi-level chain of command throughout the entire organization that effectively and efficiently oversees daily operations, while maintaining a competitive-edge through marketing campaigns and advertising, accuracy and efficiency in cash flow management and reporting, maintenance and renovation, and preventative maintenance programs to ensure cost effective, value enhancement of the property, while ensuring quality of tenant services and positive community relationships.
