The Michael Franks Foundation is currently a work in progress. The partners believe that money is simply a means of funding your life’s mission. Currently the partners are working with legal and financial counsel and are awaiting IRS approval for 501(c)(3) not for profit status.
The Michael Franks Foundation's mission will be to help underpriviliged children in obtaining a college education, as well as housing and other financial support to children who would otherwise not receive support. Corporate profits, along with donations from outside sources via fundraising events, will help fund the Foundation mission which is to eventually distribute over $1,000,000 to needy kids.
