Michael Morawski (CEO)
Michael A. Morawski, Founding Partner of Michael Franks LLC brings the combined experience of over 30 years in the construction and real estate business to this organization. Mike has been self employed for over 25 years. In that time he has owned his own successful general contracting business catering to affluent families in the Chicago-land area and he has created a highly successful real estate team averaging nearly 120 transactions annually.
Mike also serves as a paid coach for numerous real estate agents and clients from coast to coast, sharing with them the skills that helped him reach such a high level of success. Mike’s track record for results has placed him in the top 1% of Realtors nation wide and he has earned multiple awards with Re/Max, Century 21, and Keller Williams Realty.
Real estate investing has become another passion for Mike and one in which he has proven to be very adapt. His understanding for value and costs has been a key asset in creating a large portfolio of investments. Mike has several million dollars in residential holdings combined with his partner, Frank Constant. Together they have been on an aggressive path to create wealth and teach wealth building strategies, using real estate as the vehicle.
Mike's vision for Michael Franks LLC is to offer his knowledge, experience, and success to others in a business that will create passive income. Having owned multiple properties, Mike is keenly aware of the challenges that come with those investments. He realizes that there are many people who want to reap the rewards of investing but they are not prepared for the day to day operations of owning multiple properties. His mission is to simplify the process and shoulder the burden of business and property management for the investor partner. In doing so, he can offer profitable opportunities to those seeking to build wealth over time.
Mike currently sits on the board of directors for One Point Relocation, and is a past member of The Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty. He holds ownership in Keller Williams Success Realty in Barrington, Illinois and is the founder of the MAM Scholarship Foundation which provides funding for college bound students. Mike is a Managing Partner for Michael Franks LLC and lives with his family in Sleepy Hollow, Illinois.
Frank Constant (COO)
Frank H. Constant, Founding Partner of Michael Franks LLC began his career in management and sales in the mid 70s with a major corporation in the Chicago land area. He quickly moved through the ranks to hold key leadership positions and was eventually recruited by a multi-billion dollar corporation to launch a new division of consulting services focused on business turn-arounds. Frank's people skills and his ability to get measurable results afforded him a long career in Sales and Operations consulting to multiple Fortune 500 companies. Growing weary of the corporate environment and seeking new challenges, Frank chose real estate as his path to wealth and financial freedom.
Using sales and operational skills acquired in his past, Frank quickly became successful helping people to purchase, sell, and invest in residential real estate. Frank currently works with a number of clients helping them locate and purchase undervalued residential investment properties. An investor himself, Frank has amassed a large portfolio of properties with his partner Mike Morawski. Frank takes a conservative approach to investing using slower methodical steps which minimize the margin for error. Frank teaches his clients using skills gained from experience and years of following other successful investors.
Frank’s vision for Michael Franks LLC is to provide his operational experience to manage and control the firm’s real estate maximizing the profits while controlling the costs. Maintaining properties, managing tenants, and/or outsourcing those responsibilities, are all key skills that must be applied in any Landlord/Tenant environment. Realizing that not all investors have this type of background, Frank can offer his knowledge, experience, and success to others giving them the opportunity to share in a larger project without the responsibility of its day to day operation. His mission is to have complete control over the property and the funds necessary to maintain it.
Frank is a member of The Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty. He teaches sound real estate investing workshops, and mentors a number of part time investors. Frank has served in numerous leadership positions, including Moderator and Church Councilman, at his church in West Dundee, Illinois where he and his family have lived for 16 years.
Russ DiOrio
(VP of Acquisitions and Investor Relations)
Russ has an extensive business background ranging from start up firms to Fortune 500 companies. Russ’ experience in negotiating and closing global contracts coupled with his real estate investing background, provides a perfect combination for locating and closing profitable properties. Utilizing senior level sales and management skills, Russ is able to effectively communicate the Michael Franks story to individual and institutional investors. His abilities have been key in fueling the equity investments needed for our rapid growth.
Russ was fortunate to ride the exciting computer industry surge, developing sales teams on a national and international level. As the technology market crashed in 2000, Russ saw an opportunity to begin a new career in real estate investing. He poured his energy into learning all aspects of the industry leading to realization that multi-family properties provide the highest return on a long term basis.
Russ is now leading the effort to locate emerging markets, which will bring substantial growth and profits for our investors. By utilizing Fortune 500 experience to develop relationships with large institutional investors, Russ creates the solid foundation of equity funding needed to continue the company’s solid growth.
Louis Amatucci
(VP Broker Dealer Channel and In-House Counsel)Mr. Amatucci holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and three advanced degrees, to include, a Masters of Science (MBA), a Masters of Arts, and a Juris Doctorate. He is a graduate of an Ivy League University, and was an honored recipient of the Ronald Rosenberg academic scholarship in law school, where he graduated with Dean’s List honors.
Mr. Amatucci possesses more than 15 combined years of multifamily brokerage, residential and commercial finance, and construction consulting experience, and has been an active real estate investor and property manager for many years. Prior to his employment at Michael Franks, he has held senior and executive level management positions at numerous large and respected national and international companies, to include, Unisys, Varta Microbatterie, and CTS (a former division of Motorola), and Washington Mutual Bank. In addition, Mr. Amatucci has served as in-house counsel at a large multinational corporation and, later, as a private practice attorney for a number of years.
He possesses a license to practice law in Illinois, an Illinois Real Estate Broker’s license, and a Salespersons and Brokers Pre-license Instructor's License. Mr. Amatucci is also an Adjunct Professor of graduate business law at University of Phoenix and an Adjunct Real Estate Professor at Oakton College and Wright Colleges. Additionally, as a hobby, he has maintained a private pilot’s license since 1982.
Kathleen Kramer
(VP of Investor Relations, West Coast Region)Kathleen Kramer has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker and recognized leader in the real estate financing industry for well over a decade. In this time she and her firm, American Lending Advisors, Inc., have personally handled the financing of real estate transactions of over a half billion dollars.
In 2002, as a service to her clients, Kathleen and The Kramer Team founded The Millionaire Investor Mastermind, a real estate investment network focusing on financial education and real estate investment due diligence. Ms. Kramer and her staff of highly trained financing professionals, The Kramer Team, continues to provide quality real estate financing services and education to the California market.
Ms. Kramer’s experience in real estate finance, investment and her belief that quality projects begin with a high-powered team led her to accept her current position with Michael Franks, LLC as Vice President for Investor Relations in the West Coast Region.
Ms. Kramer brings additional valuable experience including past service at the Board level to Orange County non-profit agency, Women Helping Women, membership in the Women’s Council of Realtors, and Coach of Leadership teams for PSI Seminars. She is currently a member of the National Organization of Women Business Owners, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the National Association of Realtors. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Finance from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1990.
